She has worked for twenty years managing the link between organisational and personal development in companies: analysing needs, and designing and delivering targeted, outcomes-driven interventions, for strategic cultural change, business and team development. She uses specialised experiential approaches to improve performance and profitability.
Her key objective is to turn people into leaders who can drive their business. This work does impact on other areas of a person.s life. The bulk of her work consists of teaching groups and individuals how to clean up the miscommunications that inevitably occur when two people get together and each wants something of the other.
